She was incredibly patient and kind as we scrambled around getting multiple people to the location and dealing with ridiculous traffic issues. She also made the process of finalizing Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament and Medical Power of attorney paperwork for my terminally ill family member in hospice a little less stressful.
