Kinyhatta was immediately responsive and made herself available quickly the afternoon that we needed assistance. She was incredibly patient and kind as we scrambled around getting multiple people to the location and dealing with ridiculous traffic issues. She also made the process of finalizing Power of Attorney, Last Will and Testament and Medical Power of attorney paperwork for my terminally ill family member in hospice a little less stressful. At this stage when everything is so up in the air and difficult she just brought a real brightness and kindness to the entire situation, which we really all appreciated.
